SwingRotation LLC ("SwingRotation," "we," "us") operates swingrotation.com, a subscription service that rents golf training aids to members across the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider; we never receive your Google or Apple password.
• Shipping information — the mailing address you provide so we can ship rentals to you and receive returns.
• Membership activity — your plan, rentals, rental queue, exchanges, purchases, and the swing focuses you select in our quiz, so we can operate your membership and recommend relevant training aids.
• Swing videos (when enabled) — if you upload a swing video for analysis, we store the video and the analysis results in your account.
• Payment information — when payments are enabled, card payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we keep a record of the transaction and subscription status.
• Technical information — basic device, browser, and usage data, and cookies that keep you signed in and remember your quiz selections on this device.

• To create and manage your account and membership.
• To ship rentals and exchanges, process returns, and complete Keep It purchases.
• To personalize training-aid recommendations based on your stated swing focuses.
• To send service messages about your rentals, exchanges, and account (and, with your consent where required, occasional product updates).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of it: shipping carriers (your name and shipping address, to deliver and return rentals), our payment processor (to process payments), and our hosting and database providers (to run the site and store account data). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, members, or property.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your quiz selections. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site (including staying signed in) may not work without them.

We keep account and membership records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Swing videos you delete are removed from active storage, subject to routine backup cycles.

You can review and update your profile information in your account dashboard, and you may ask us to correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor verified requests as required by law.

We use reputable infrastructure providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls that limit member data to each member's own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of breaches as required by law.

SwingRotation is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and we will notify account holders by email where appropriate.
