TRS Golf

What it fixes
A disconnected, 'flying' trail elbow/arm that drifts away from the body and throws the club over the top. A chest strap around the lower chest with a sliding connection to a trail-arm strap keeps the trail arm connected through the swing. Designed by Tour pro Robert Rock.
- ✓Cleaner contact and better compression at impact (maker: improving rotation and impact position)
- ✓Short-game connection work (maker has a dedicated short-game section)
- ✓More consistent ball flight and control (maker claim)
Best for
Slicers and over-the-top swingers, and any golfer whose coach has identified trail-arm connection as the fault; a wearable, repeatable version of the towel-under-the-armpit drill.
Not ideal for
In-round use (practice aid only). Putting-specific training (inference). Sizing is essential for rental: chest Small 30–36in, Medium 36–42in, Large 42–50in; maker advises sizing up if between sizes.
Skill level: All levels (maker FAQ: suitable from high-handicap golfers to tour professionals; used by 50+ Tour professionals per maker).
How it's used
Range or home; practice swings, then real shots (maker progression: start with wedges and a 7-iron before longer clubs); also usable in a practice net and for short-game work. Works for right- and left-handers with the same strap.
